![]() Once we are aware and have the proper techniques, then we can take the actions required to free ourselves from these attachments. This is very common and happens to almost everybody, so we need not feel ashamed or guilty for “allowing this to happen”, as we are unaware and this happens below our level of consciousness. The lower spirits enter in these moments of vulnerability if we are not protected or aware. Traumas create cracks or splits in our energy field, and we can lose soul fragments in that moment. The reason it is so common to have attachments is because they enter our energy body after we have a trauma. Possession or spirit attachment is happening all the time because unconsciously people are inviting and feeding these entities through their actions, habits, thoughts, and beliefs. Most of the times people are unaware of their energy body and that is why this happens at an unconscious level. Cracks are openings in our energy body that can be caused by a variety of reasons, and the undesirable energies usually enter in these cracks. Sometimes people are very worried that they can be possessed during the ayahuasca ceremony but people already have attachments of all kinds prior to arriving at a ceremony or retreat, and in our retreats they can learn the proper techniques to clean themselves and close the “cracks”. There's no need to wander aimlessly all around your haunted house-turned-haunted B&B, trying to figure out how you'll fill this hole in your schedule (and in your floor). Ghosts is finally back for Season 2, but it's scary how long the wait for new episodes can feel. Asher Grodman, Rose McIver, and Romn Zaragoza, Ghosts Best Possible Screen Grab/CBS 2021
